Why cut even one tree unnecessarily? The Treetop Villa was conceived for Nicaragua’s showcase project, the eco-luxury Aqua Resort Spa, Wellness and Yoga Centre. These villas are serene and harmonious spaces with as little disturbance as possible to their unique tropical forest environment. TreeTop Villas utilize an innovative and modular design, allowing you to choose as little or as much space as you need.

Three TreeTop Villa models are offered in El Encanto, starting with the single bedroom “Sol”, everything a small house requires in a compact layout, to the three bed-roomed “Olas” – a family villa with maximum rental flexibility. The “Olas” incorporates a distinctly separate ‘owners lockout’, a self-contained apartment which can be occupied or rented depending on owner requirements.
