Bubble Pricing Each sub-development “bubble” as outlined above is priced at $1.3 million per Hectare. Areas can be subdivided on a ‘per hectare’ basis. This price includes infrastructure hook-ups to each site – road, water and electricity. Development within each bubble will be subject to the overall CC&R’s in the Island’s Master Development Plan; a copy of which can be inspected by interested parties in the offices of Grupo del Sol.
